Behind the story
Blood Moon began as a personal exploration of belonging and female power.
I’ve always been drawn to stories that exist in the spaces between myth and memory, where the supernatural becomes a mirror for what it means to survive, to be seen, and to reclaim your own narrative.
Through this project, I wanted to reimagine the figure of the witch, stripped of cliché and seen through a female gaze.
Blood Moon is about the quiet strength of women who have been exiled, silenced, or misunderstood, and what happens when their voices are finally heard.
